What is Stress?
Stress is a state of tension experienced by individuals facing extraordinary demands, constraints, or opportunities.

Constructive stress (custress) is stress that acts in a positive way for the individual and/or the organization
Destructive stress (distress) is stress that acts in a dysfunctional way for the individual and/or the organization.

Work-Stress and its Management
Stress is a dynamic condition in which an individual is confronted with an opportunity, demand, or resource related to what the individual desire and for which the outcome is perceived to be both uncertain and important.
