Things to remember Every program is different When programs have more than one
language, but only one Program Director, you may submit one report, but differentiate between the languages in the report.
Where programs have both student and teacher programs, they should be reported on separately.
Follow-up Site Visits, if necessary The team may determine that a follow-up visit
is necessary. Discuss a future date with the Program
Director and offer any consultations that may be necessary.
Follow-up visits are made only to ensure the success of the program and to increase potential for future funding.
