Rodney O. Parks is the founder of Parks Professional Group (PPG), a public speaking|management consulting firm based in Little Rock Arkansas. His subject matter focus is leadership, planned giving, banking, management development and diversity. He is a noted stellar speaker at conferences with his keynotes and presentations. His depth of experience as a manager at a Fortune 100 company, over twenty years of banking and featured columnist gives him insight with his audiences.

Rodney is a 1991 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a major in Economics and Finance. He is the current Director of Development at Philander Smith College. His current success is noted below:
