A national nonprofit organization created by Congress to provide financial support, technical assistance, and training for community-based revitalization efforts.

A Neighborworks certified organization, committed to strengthening neighborhoods in the Metro area.

We develop and maintain affordable housing and vital communities in partnership with neighborhoods and other stakeholders.

New Directions Housing CorporationIn Floyd County: Repair Affair, Partnerships with the City of New Albany and Urban Enterprise Association to administer home repair and façade grant funds. Management of St. Edward Court Apartments. Community engagement and training.

• Image campaign and marketing plan underway – We are Midtown!
