  • 23. PROLONGED PERIOD: THIS ORGANIZATION HAD BEEN WORKING LAST 58 YEARS AND IT IS LONG PERIOD FOR THE ORGANIZATION FOR THEIR SUCCESS IN THE MARKET SUCCESS SYNDROME COMPANY ARE CONTINUOUSLY IGNORING SOME IMPORTANT ASPECT WHICH MAY LEAD N THE MARKET LIKE AS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THEY ALWAYS THINK THAT THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL BUT PRACTICALLY IT IS VICE VERSA LEARNING DISABLE DUE TO COMPANY THINKING THAT THEY ARE GREATER BUSINESS IN THE MARKET AND THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY STEP REGARDING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TO ENHANCE THE PERFORMANCE THATS WHY DISABLE THEM FOR ANY NEW LEARNING
  • 24. OUTCOMES LIKE OLD AIRCRAFTS AND LESS CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION. AND INCREASE OF PRICE OF TICKETS THE CUSTOMER ATTRACTION TOWARD IS DECREASING THIS ALSO DUE TO LESS INNOVATION IN CUSTOMER SERVICES AND USING SOME OLD PARTS IN AIRCRAFTS. ENVIRONMENT DISTURBANCE: THE BUDGET SET BY THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT ACCORDING TO THE PLANS OF PIA. THE EMPLOYEES COORDINATION IS TOO MUCH POOR. POOR MAINTAINED OF AIRCRAFTS AND FLIGHT SCHEDULE IS WAY OFF ACCORDING TO PLAN.
