Who we are

Octagon Ventures Ltd is a wholly owned Kenyan company that was established in 2011

with a mission to trade in high quality consumer and household products. Octagon has

achieved this by contracting manufacturers in China to make these products. Eventually

we plan to manufacture the goods in Kenya.

We have two broad product categories:

Baby Care

Personal Grooming

Foods

Baby Care and Personal Grooming products trade under the brand name Comfort.

Foods trade under the brand Nature’s Delight.

Our Products

Currently we have two products in the Kenyan market:

Comfort Baby Wipes

These are high quality wet towels made of the best quality non-woven spun lace fabric.

Excellent thickness of 45 gsm.

Its Hypoallergenic

One pack contains 80 Pieces

It has a flap opening which helps to protect the product inside from dirt and drying and specifically keep it hygienic.

Among its components is Aloe Vera that moisturizes the baby’s skin and keeping it from drying and ensures it remains healthy.

It also contains a component that prevents diaper rashes on the baby’s skin and this makes it unique from what is available in the Kenyan market.

Nature’s Delight Honey

This is pure honey sourced from the plains of Kitui. This is packaged in 500g, 300g, 500g-Squeezer jars.

We have plans to introduce the following products in Quarter 3 2012 and Quarter 1 2013

Comfort Wet Towels- This a 10 pieces pack that is portable and handy for general hygiene use.

Comfort Baby Diapers-These are high-quality cotton baby diapers

Nature’s Delight Honey (Mini Pack)- Aimed at the hotels and hospitality industry.

Customer Care

At Octagon we take customer care seriously. All customer feedback (positive or

negative) and complaints are registered in our Customer Relationship

Management (CRM) system. We aspire to respond to all customer queries in less

than 24 hours.

Our Capacity

Our supply chain and logistics has been optimized to ensure that at no time will

our products run out of the shelves. We however encourage our partner outlets

to place orders in good time and in some instances make orders for buffer

stocks.

Our Suppliers

Our contracted supplier is Linan Jiameihui Cleaning Company based in Hangzhou, China. They are a manufacturer of non-woven fabrics articles. The factory covers an area of about 3,700.00 square meters.

JMH specializes in magic tissues (compressed towel), wet cotton towel, wet tissue/wipes, and nonwoven cleaning cloth.
