Getting Started

There are two ways to get started with Ocean Avenue:

1. Join Ocean Avenue as a Wholesale Customer.Everyone would like to enhance their health. Opening a Wholesale Customer account provides the opportunity to take advantage of our Wholesale Customer discounts, the Ocean Avenue Vacation Club, and the opportunity to get products for free through our simple 3xFree Program. Become a Wholesale Customer with an initial purchase of $50.00 and enjoy participation in Ocean Avenue’s Vacation Club and much more!

2. Become an Ocean Avenue Ambassador.As an Ocean Avenue Ambassador you are automatically enrolled in the Ocean Avenue Vacation Club. Simply purchase the Welcome Kit at $49.95 (USD) and complete the online Enrollment Application to open your account and get ready to earn. As part of your $49.95 fee, you will receive access to your own incredible website and business center for a full year.

The business center is where Ambassadors can refer people to join the exclusive Ocean Avenue Vacation Club and receive valuable vacation points. An annual renewal fee of $29.95 will be charged to each Ambassador on the anniversary of their enrollment date to remain active.

The Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan was structured to make sure Ambassadors earn a commission right away, as well as provide a platform, for long-term residual income. Ambassadors and Wholesale Customers can also enjoy additional rewards from the 3XFree Program and through outings from our Vacation Club.

1. Retail Commissions

Every active Ambassador will have their own personal business website. Here customers will be able to buy products at the retail price. Ambassadors will be paid retail profits as part of their weekly commission check. Retail purchases will count toward your personal volume and rank qualifications.

2. Wholesale Customer Commissions

In order for a customer to take advantage of the Ocean Avenue discounted product price, the customer must set up a Wholesale Customer account. Ambassadors can earn between 5% and 15% of the total purchase price of their Wholesale Customer orders. Ambassadors will receive their commission in the following manner:

Less than $499 in a monthly commission period: 5% of total$500-$1500 in a monthly commission period: 10% of totalOver $1500 in a monthly commission period: 15% of total

Wholesale Customers will be placed into the Genealogy Tree alongside Ambassadors; however, they will have limited access to the business center. 40% of the CV from Wholesale Customer orders will be added to the Unilevel.

3. First Order Bonus

In order to participate in the First Order Bonus (FOB) program, Ambassadors must have an initial qualifying purchase of 90 PQV, and then continue to be an active Ambassador with a minimum of 50 PQV in personal orders or retail orders each calendar month. If qualified, you will receive a 10% cash bonus, added to your weekly commission check, on any qualifying Product Pack order of your Personally Enrolled Ambassadors.

Ocean Team Commissions are another cornerstone of the Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan. The Ocean Team is derived from a dynamic structure that compensates Ambassadors for successfully generating sales volume within their enrollment tree and motivating their downline to do the same. Ambassadors can earn on the sales of their downline within their enrollment tree.

Each enrollment tree has two Teams, a Left Team and a Right Team, either of which can be the Reference Leg (Strong Leg) and the Pay Leg (Lesser Leg) on any given commissionable period. The Compensation Plan allows you to earn up to 20% on the sales volume of the Pay Leg to an unlimited depth.

Set your foundation and activate your Ocean Team by developing two (2) personally sponsored Ambassadors, one on the Left Team and one on the Right Team – helping each generate at least 50 Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV). Remain qualified to receive Ocean Team Commissions by maintaining the PQV requirements and developing at least two (2) personally sponsored active Ambassadors, one on the Left Team and one on the Right Team.

customer orders (processed directly through Ocean Avenue) contribute towards your PQV. Please refer to the Ocean Avenue Rank Qualification Requirements. If you are not on Autoship your Ocean Team volume will be flushed.

If you maintain your qualified status and are enrolled in the Autoship Program, unpaid volume in your Reference Leg will be carried over to the next commissionable period.

If you have less than 300 CV in either leg from your Ocean Team, you are not eligible to earn commissions, however, the volume will be carried over until you reach the minimum 300 CV. Payout is based on CV.

5. Unilevel Bonus

Unilevel Bonuses are the heart of a lifetime residual income! Ambassadors that build a solid Ambassador and Wholesale Customer base will receive bonuses each month from product orders generated in their organization down to nine (9) levels deep.

Ambassadors must reach the rank of Bronze or above in order to be eligible to earn Unilevel Bonus. Dynamic Compression maximizes the benefits of the Unilevel. Payout is based on CV.

6. Unilevel Matching Bonus

Earn Matching Bonuses of up to 20% on the Unilevel Bonus of your personally sponsored Ambassadors. Plus, earn up to 10% Matching Bonuses on up to three (3) additional levels based on the Ambassadors Unilevel Bonus earnings.

Matching Bonuses encourage Sponsors to mentor and help develop Ambassadors deep within their marketing organization. This bonus pays on the activity of your Personal Enrollment Tree. Therefore, the placement of a downline Ambassador within their Ocean Team structure does not affect their Matching Bonus payout.


7. Generational Leadership Bonus

Ocean Avenue rewards the development of leaders. As Ambassadors develop Leadership within their Organization; their rewards grow exponentially. When an Ambassador reaches the rank of Pearl Ambassador (or above), and as they develop new Pearl Ambassadors (and above) within their organization, they will be paid down to as many as four (4) generations of Pearl Ambassadors (and above). A Generation begins when a Qualified Pearl Ambassador or above is found in any leg of their Personal Enrollment Tree and ends with, but does not include, the next Qualified Pearl Ambassador or above.

8. Global Pool

Reaching for the stars has its own reward. The Global Pool rewards Leaders who reach beyond their dreams and continue building the company and their future by generating high sales volume. One percent (1%) of Ocean Avenue’s Worldwide Unilevel Commissionable Volume (CV) will be shared by qualified Diamond Ambassadors and above. The Global Pool pays in direct proportion to the Ambassador’s sales contributions to the total Unilevel CV.

When you are an active Ambassador on a qualifying Autoship Order, you are eligible to take advantage of our incredible 3xFree Program!

If you have a minimum of 2 personally enrolled Wholesale Customers, and the total of the Wholesale Customer orders are 3 times more than your Autoship Order, then you are eligible to receive your one Autoship Order for free every month.There is a maximum of 350 PQV of free product that can be earned under the 3xFree Program. Just pay the taxes and shipping and we send the products! (Free product achieved through the 3xFree Program does not generate CV.)

If you qualified for the 3xFree Program, the free shipment will count toward your qualification. For example: If your Autoship Order is 50 PQV, your 3xFree order will count 50 PQV toward your personal qualification. If your Autoship Order is 200 PQV, your 3xFree order will count 200 PQV toward your personal qualification volume.

Wholesale Customers have the same opportunity to participate in the 3xFree Program but are required to be enrolled on Autoship with a minimum 50 PQV. Wholesale Customers can enroll Wholesale Customers and accumulate volume towards free product.

The foundation of Ocean Avenue is built around a comprehensive product line, offering a wide range of health benefits. Ocean Avenue believes in family first; and we have designed vacations for our Ambassadors in creating the Ocean Avenue Vacation Club.

You as Ambassadors will receive points for a variety of company related activities including when you buy products and sign people up who also purchase product. These points can be redeemed at any time to purchase incredible vacations and family outings. In our Ambassador’s personal business center, they will find a real time tracker of all the Vacation Points they have earned. There will be trips and getaways in the “Vacations” tab of their business center. Each offer will provide a brief description of what you can expect, from beach resorts, to cruises and much more. Next to each offer, it will list exactly how many Vacation Points are needed. If you want to take advantage of a trip, call in to our Vacation Department and we’ll get you ready for your vacation!

In addition, your Wholesale Customers may participate in the Ocean Avenue Vacation Club and receive Vacation Points on each Ocean Avenue product purchase. In order to participate in the Ocean Avenue Vacation Club Ambassadors and Wholesale Customers must be signed up on the Autoship Program.

Compensation Plan Glossary of Terms

In order to better understand the Compensation Plan, we have provided key words and terms of the plan that may need further explanation. We have provided their definition as they pertain to the plan.

Active Status:An Ambassador who has generated a product order (90 PQV) and a minimum of 50 PQV per month.

Ambassador:A person 18 years of age or older who has paid the $49.95 pre-requisite enrollment fee; has agreed to Ocean Avenue Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures; and wants to earn income through Ocean Avenue’s Compensation Plan. A person 16 years of age with the express written notarized consent of a parent or legal guardian may become an Ambassador. Ocean Avenue reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

Autoship Order:A standing order that processes once within a calendar month. If the Ambassador qualifies for free product under the 3xFree Program, the Autoship order will process the following month. Volume associated with the Autoship Order will count toward their personal qualifying volume. The Autoship Order Program is required to earn vacation points, participate in our 3XFree program, and to qualify for carry over volume from your Ocean Team reference leg.

Capped:Maximum amount you can earn based on your Rank and/or Title Qualifications.

Carry-Over Volume:TQV in your Reference Leg (strong leg) that is not used in calculating your Ocean Team Commissions. Maintain your qualified status and carry over any unpaid volume in your Reference Leg to the next commissionable period.

Commissions:Compensation earnings provided by Ocean Avenue for sales generated, as explained in the Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan.

Commissionable Volume (CV):The volume used to calculate bonus/commission payouts for Ocean Team (Binary and the Unilevel).

Downline Team:All Ambassadors and Wholesale Customers who are placed below the Ambassador in their Downline. They may or may not be from your personal enrollment activities.

Dynamic Compression:This is the form of compression in which Unilevel Bonus is paid out to 9 levels depending on your rank.

Enroller/Sponsor:The individual who enrolls you as an Ocean Avenue Ambassador, Wholesale Customer or Retail Customer.

Enrollment Team:All Ambassadors or Wholesale Customers who opened accounts with Ocean Avenue as a result of your personally enrolled Ambassadors.

Initial Qualifying Order:In order to start your business and qualify for full commission & vacation benefits, there must be an initial personal order of equal to or greater than 90 PQV for Ambassadors. An Ambassador may purchase an Ambassador, Gold or Pearl Pack during their first 60 days of enrollment.

Leg:Each direct placement to an Ambassador is indicated as a leg within the organization (Binary and Unilevel respectively).

PIN Rank (Recognition Rank):This is the highest rank an Ambassador has ever qualified for throughout their lifetime with Ocean Avenue.

Ocean Avenue Vacation Club: A Loyalty Program designed to offer extraordinary value to Wholesale Customers and Ambassadors for purchasing and consuming Ocean Avenue’s products.

Paid As Rank:This is the rank that an Ambassador has qualified for within a particular commission period.

Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV):Volume created by the Ambassador’s personal purchases and those purchases of their retail customers.

PQV Qualification Requirement:The combined personal and retail customer volume required each calendar month to be qualified for various commissions (50 PQV minimum requirement to qualify).

Placement Tree:Also known as the Binary Tree. Each Placement Tree has two Ocean Teams, Left Team and Right Team, either of which can be the Reference Leg (Strong Leg) and the Pay Leg (Lesser Leg) on any given commissionable period.

Qualified Status:An Ambassador who has met the minimum personal or customer product purchase requirement based on the title rank requirements.

Rank:A status title that denotes your level of accomplishment and commissions in the Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan.

Retail Customer:Any customer who purchases directly from an Ambassador or an Ambassador’s Online Store at the Company’s suggested retail price.

Retail Profit:The price difference between the Ambassador wholesale price and the Company’s suggested retail price.

Total Qualifying Volume (TQV):The total volume from your enrollment team (PQV and QV) each month. TQV is used for rank advancement qualifications.

Waiting Room:A placement holding area where a newly sponsored Ambassador will reside after enrollment for up to 7 calendar days or until Friday @11:00 pm (MST)at which the enrollment will be placed systematically.
