Eligibility Requirements • Saudi Employee – Registered with GOSI, has not been registered by any
other employer and paid through WPS.
• Company Owner – Not an employee or owner of another company.
• Released Felon – Released less than 2 years ago (after the lapse of 2 years will count as 1).
• Disabled – Registered with GOSI and as a handicap by the Ministry of Social Affairs. Total number of handicap employees cannot exceed 10% of the total company headcount; any excess handicap employees will be counted as regular employees for Saudization.
• Part-time – Registered with GOSI as part-time employees with minimum monthly salary of SAR 1,500.
• Female Remote Employee – Aged 20-35 years and registered with GOSI. The following documents are needed for registration: university degree, bank statement confirming salary payments and copy of the full-time employment contract. Max %age of total headcount: Platinum – 7%, Green – 5%, Yellow – 3% and Red – 0%.
• Student – Max 10% of total headcount (25% restaurants & catering).
Note: Total maximum %age of disabled, student and released felons is 15% of total headcount.
Expat Employees Treated as SaudisCertain expats are treated as Saudi nationals for the saudization purposes.

Eligibility Requirements • Child of Saudi Female – Following documents are needed for registration
with GOSI: employee GOSI number, employer GOSI and MOL registration information, birth certificate, Iqama copy, mother’s National ID and employee’s personal declaration.
• Husband of Saudi National – Following documents are needed for registration with GOSI: employee GOSI number, employer GOSI and MOL registration, marriage contract, Iqama copy, wife’s National ID and employee’s personal declaration.
• GCC National – Registered automatically.
• Temporary ID Holder – Copy of temporary ID
• Saudi Passport Holder – Copy of Saudi passport.
