Client

SITA Aero – A world leader in Air Transportation

Communication and Information Technology. Client was seeking

overseas talent from Beijing China with expertise in METAPP

Storage cloud computing for their Travel SKY Program.

Challenge

Client was having difficulty in finding a specific NET AP

Storage personnel who were bi-lingual (Chinese and English).

The ideal candidates would be required to build their E-fare

system infrastructure platform, and a fortune 50 consulting firm

already quoted quoted $1M for project SOW fulfillment.

MY HR

Solution

Due to strong knowledge of the Asian market demographics

and diversity, we were able to use our networking capabilities and

leveraging our in-house ethnic hires. We tapped into our previous

candidate relationships, and were able to place the right

candidate. The project was fulfilled, under a quarter million dollars.

The project to source and place NET Storage Cloud

candidates was completed within the week. We were able to

identity multiple candidates who had the required background,

and were able to stay significantly under budget. Additionally, the

project started on time. Overall, we were recognized and highly

praised by the management at SITA.

Case Study - 2

Client

Energizer Holdings, Inc. a consumer goods company

operating globally in the broad categories of household and

personal care products. Client had a requisition opened for a

period of more than six months before MY HR support began.

Challenge

Energizer's in house Recruitment Team were experiencing

significant difficulty in identifying a degreed Quality Engineer,

with a stable Chemical Engineering background, and willing to

join the Engineering Team on a one year contractual basis.

Solution

Within only one day, the MY HR Recruiting Team, sourced and

presented two local Quality Engineering candidates, both held a

degree in Chemical Engineering and had an extensive

backgrounds supporting Consumer goods organizations.

Energizer’s Recruiting and Hiring Teams scheduled both MY

HR candidates for phone and onsite interviews. Within one week a

decision was made to retain the services of one and asked MYHR

to ‘bench’ the other future opportunities. MYHR recruiting team was

effective in sourcing and placing a candidate of Energizer Holdings,

where they continue to successfully support internal hiring teams

with complex IT and Engineering requisitions.
