About the workshop hosts

Capt. Tor Henrik Krokstad. Has been a pilotfor 30 years with broad experience fromthe airline industry. His training backgroundextends from simulator training, line trainingof pilots, leadership training of newcommanders, human factor training of

cabin crew, pilots, technicians, and various otherairline personnel. He has specialised in Human Factorsand is also involved with other industries on the subject.He has developed training for maritime trainingfacilities and is used as a speaker in thepharmaceutical industry throughout Europe on safetyand risk assessment.

Jon Lars Syversen is a psychologist with 25years of experience as consultant for theairline industry and air force. He has workedfor a range of different companies, fromsmall operators to major airlines, flying fixedwing and helicopters. His main experience

is from pilot selection and with CRM-training,Commander-, Supervisor-, Instructor-courses. He hasalso trained CAA inspectors and been engaged inleadership development programs for a wide range ofindustries and professions. He is especially dedicated tothe practical consequences of values, attitudes andcultural issues that contribute to individual professionalsuccesses and safety in risk operations.

About HUCON Global

HUCON Global specializes on human factors. The mainfocus is to bring the concept into training of personneloperating in high-risk environments. Assessing humanperformance is becoming increasingly important sinceprocedures and technology are getting morecomplex. The company is working with this in aviation,the maritime industry and in medicine.

Roger Axelsson is the managing direcor ofAirline Management AS. He has 35 yearsexperience from managing air operationsand projects. His education is withinaeronautical science, air operations andtraining and general management (MBA)

with experience as commercial pilot, chief pilotambulance services, airline pilot, quality and safetymanager at offshore large helicopter ops., VP Flightoperations with scheduled and charter passengerand cargo ops., and a broad spectrum of projectsfrom defence industrial cooperation projects toestablishing hospital services and logistics supply linesin crisis areas. Most relevant for this workshop: how toestablish innovative financing- and service provisionsolutions.

About the organisation:

Airline Management AS is based close to OsloGardermoen airport, Norway.
