- Each VPSI field office has dedicated staff to assist customers with vanpool account questions or concerns, vehicle related questions and support during business hours/call center after hours for 24 hour roadside support.
- Each field office is home to Marketing and Outreach staff who take calls from riders seeking to join or start a vanpool- work with companies/agencies to implement a vanpool program.
