Kia Enjoys Highest Brand Loyalty from Customers
Keeping existing customers is the key to success in automotive industry when the average cost of
a car is $30,000 and the typical ownership lasts for about five or more years. Though luxury
carmakers are seen enjoying loyalty from their customers, the mainstream carmakers are reaping
the most according to a recently released report on second-quarter 2011 sales compiled by
Experian Automotive in Schaumburg, Ill.

base according to this data. Kia’s parent company Hyundai Motor Group’s corporate loyalty rate
stands at 49.6 percent, according to Experian’s data, edging out Ford Motor Company at 48.1

loyalty in this report. The leading Kia Forte compact sedan enjoys 68 per cent loyalty in the

registered a loyalty of 57 per cent.
