Our consultants step into the role of project manager, supporting the customer in

defining their intelligence needs and possibly purchasing new analytics tools and

data sources. Projects don’t always include purchasing, they can also aim for more

efficient utilisation of existing resources.

The Owl’s View – custom intelligence report

The Owl’s View is a custom report in two parts. It can be done at

any point, but it is particularly useful when working on something

new: a new strategy, a new product or entering a new market.

The purpose of the report is not just to inform you about what’s

going on outside the company. It is also a picture of where the

strong points and the blind spots of your intelligence practices are.

Like an owl, first give your surroundings a wide scan to get an overview. Then focus on something interesting – and dash to catch it!

Phase 1:

We produce an overview of the customer’s

business environment: e.g. competitors,

customers, legislation and the trends

affecting them.

Phase 2:

Based on the results from phase 1, the

customer chooses 1-3 topics for us to focus

on. The purpose of this phase is to provide

actionable insights.
