neoTrak allows you to maintain a record of your physical assets, whether it’s furniture, electronic equipment, tools, office supplies or other valuable items. It will display their location, date received, description and identification. And when an item is removed or assigned a new location, a signature can be collected as well as the date and time. Each item may have comments and notes added to its delivery or movement record to show special information such as damage, markings, serial numbers, and other relevant details. Asset Tracking can maintain a basic inventory of items commonly distributed by the mail center, allowing you to receive, monitor and deliver all your supplies. Detailed locations can even be broken down by room,

section, rack and shelf.

assigned a location• When items are requested or dispensed, a transaction is

recorded – either at the workstation, or on the portable delivery device – showing the quantity and the new location or delivery to a department

With neoTrak’s visitor log-in module, businesses can monitor the location of an individual, the time they arrive, who they visit, how long they stay and when they depart. This innovative tracking system uses the same database and operating system that neoTrak uses to track parcels and shipments inside an office or across the country. It’s easy to implement and even easier to use.

As visitors log in and out, details such as escorts, areas visited and elapsed time are automatically provided. In an emergency, detailed visitor information can be viewed or printed on demand. The system stores each visitor’s information so it can be quickly and easily recalled for repeat visits.

relevant information by simply placing the visitor’s driver’s license in the scanner; the important details and information are captured and the visitor is logged in with a single mouse click.
