Daryl Yurek | CEO

Daryl brings 30 years of startup experience to his position with ID Watchdog.

Mr. Yurek founded Destron Fearing Corporation, the company that invented the RFID (radio frequency identity) chips that help to track animal migration patterns, or return pets to their owners.

He also founded Bolder Venture Partners, an investment and consulting firm that assists promising new technology companies in startup phases.

Daniel Mohan | President and COO

Prior to joining ID Watchdog, Mr. Mohan was a Regional Sales Manager at DataCert, Inc, a private legal software and services company.

He has also held leadership positions in direct sales, channel sales, and business development functions at Callidus Software (NASD: CALD) in San Jose, California, and Trilogy Software in Austin, Texas.

A former US Air Force officer, Mr. Mohan holds an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, with dual concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management, as well as a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

Dennis Perkins | CFO

Dennis has over thirty years of accounting and administration experience, including positions of CFO and Controller for a variety of industries.

Prior to joining ID Watchdog in 2007, Perkins contracted as an independent financial consultant, and provided SEC reporting for multiple publicly-traded firms.

A Certified Public Accountant, Perkins also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Craig Ramsay | CIO

Craig brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology to his position at ID Watchdog, including 18 years working with financial and payment processing companies such as National City Bank, National Processing and International Check Services.

Just prior to joining ID Watchdog, Mr. Ramsay served as the Chief Architect for First Data, the world's largest payment processor.

Mr. Ramsay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ramapo College in New Jersey.

Justin Yurek | SVP, Investor Relations

Justin brings to ID Watchdog a strong background in financial services and management.

He co-founded a successful credit consultancy in 2003, in conjunction with Daryl Yurek and Madison Ayer.

Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Yurek worked at Oppenheimer Funds and American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise). Before taking over as President, Yurek was ID Watchdog’s Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Yurek holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.

Rick Lundstrum | VP of Operations

Rick oversees the details of the ID Watchdog experience, ensuring that processes support the best possible customer service.

This is Lunstrum’s second business collaboration with Daryl Yurek. The two began Destron/IDI together in 1986, where Lunstrum managed worldwide operations. Under their management, Destron/IDI became a leader in microchip technologies.

In 1995, Lunstrum founded Univel Corporation, an international electronic component distributorship. No stranger to startup companies, he oversaw manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, and service departments.

Lunstrum’s formal education includes studies at both de Anza and Regis Universities.
