Ind.i.a. spa’s “Gonzato Design” catalogue represents the most recent production of wrought iron articles created by the over forty-year experience of Arch. Bruno Gonzato and Arch. Stefania Buccio Gonzato. This catalogue inspires a strong sensation of novelty. The lines, some of which refer to the Art Noveau style of beginning ’900, are interpreted with a contemporary touch and with clean and defined geometric shapes that rationalize the space, making it elegant and precise. The specific research from which this catalogue originates marks it as one of the most modern and successful interpretationsof the ancient and noble art of wrought iron.

SPA si riserva, inoltre, la facoltà di addebitare al cliente un importo forfettario del 15% sull’equivalente valore della merce resa quale partecipazione alla spesa di controllo, immagazzinaggio e ripristino del materiale.

Consegna e spedizione1. Quale data di consegna si intende quella della partenza della merce dal nostro stabilimento di Malo (VI) e la consegna si intende fatta al cliente all’atto di uscita dallo stabilimento, anche nel caso in cui la resa sia franco destino.2. I tempi di consegna espressi nella conferma d’ordine sono indicativi e quindi non impegnativi.3. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente anche se venduta franco destino e non ci assumiamo nessuna responsabilità per ritardi, disguidi, perdite o avarie causate da qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto; i reclami contro il vettore spettano al destinatario.

Reclami1.I reclami per merce mancante o danneggiata devono essere fatti immediatamente per iscritto sul documento di trasporto che accompagna la merce e controfirmati dal trasportatore.2. Comunque nessun reclamo, anche inerente la qualità della merce, potrà essere sollevato, sotto pena di decadenza, decorsi 8 giorni dall’arrivo della merce.

SPA si riserva il diritto di addebitare al cliente il costo di progettazione e realizzazione dei campioni richiesti. Per eventuali ordini di articoli su disegno oppure di articoli non standard viene richiesto un anticipo pari ad un terzo del valore dell’ordine.

1. Orders must be placed with the exact reference to IND.I.A.’s item codes, otherwise the company will not bear any responsibility for any possible mistake due to the wrong reference.2. Orders conveyed by IND.I.A. SPA’s agents and/or area managers are always submitted to the company’s acceptance through the order confirmation.3. Orders for quantities lower than the standard pack must be agreed with the company after having checked their availability and possibility of realization.4. We reserve the right to dispatch the orders partially.5. The customer must carefully check the order confirmation.

Prices1. All prices are expressed in Euros, excluding VAT. IND.I.A. reserves the right to revise the present price list or part of it at any moment in case of any variation of the price of the raw material.2. Prices and discounts are to be confirmed at the moment of the order.

Return of goods

1. The company will grant the return of free delivered goods always after its explicit written authorization.2. In any case, the company will not accept any return of rusty, cut, pierced, bent, twisted, painted nor galvanized goods.3. Furthermore, IND.I.A. SPA reserves the right to charge the customer a 15% lump sum on the value of the returned goods as a participation to the charges of checking, stocking and restoring such material.

Delivery and dispatch

1. The dispatch date must be considered as the departure date of the goods from the head office of the company in Malo (VI). The delivery to the customer is carried out at the exit of the goods from the head office, even when the material is free delivered.2. The delivery terms in the order confirmation are indicative and therefore not binding.3. The goods are carried at the customer’s own risk even if free delivered. The company does not bear any responsibility for delays, losses nor damages due to any mean of transport. The claims to the carriers are up to the customer.

Claims

1. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be immediately written on the delivery note and countersigned by the carrier.2. Anyway, any claim even concerning the quality of the goods, can not be laid after 8 days from the arrival of the goods.

Any other business

1.Technical data shown in the catalogue are indicative. Therefore, the original products can be slightly different from the sizes and the pictures in the catalogue. In any case, the company reserves the right to make at any time changes and improvements that it considers as necessary.2. The company does not bear any responsibility for any printing mistake concerning the pieces of information and the sizes indicated in the catalogue.3. IND.I.A. SPA will not pay any damage request before having checked the damage and having established its own responsibility. In any case, every request of refund will be considered as void after the installation of the finished work realized using IND.I.A. SPA’s products.
