As of 2010, the population of Brickell made it one of the densest neighborhoods in the United States, and the densest neighborhood south of New York City. In the 2010 US Census, the racial makeup of Brickell was 62.0% Hispanic and 38.0% non-Hispanic. Hispanics, business professionals and entrepreneurs 25-50yrs have limited networking and professional enhancement opportunities. </li> <li> 7.
