DESCRIPTION
MIDC has taken a long awaited step towards problems faced by Large scale Industrial Projects by granting extension of Land Development period from 2 years to 4 years. All the proposed as well as existing projects are to benefit from this new circular. An MOU with the Maharashtra Government can also be sighted in case of delays in implementation of proposed plans.
