Friday, August 1, 14Values and BeliefsI believe that honesty is truly the best policy. It is the most important thing to me. Loyalty is also important because you need to be faithful to your responsibilities and obligations. Having a positive outlook is extremely important. Being able to see the good side of situations helps a lot when things go wrong. Commitment is another thing that is important to me. I like to be involved and completely dedicated to doing my job and finishing it on time.

The music gets me motivated and gives me the energy I need to finish the tasks at hand. I am a hard worker and I am committed to getting my work done. Once I start something I do not stop until it is completed. That drive is what helps me get things done.

Both of these examples contribute to my experiences of working in stressful environments and learning to deal with them appropriately.

Friday, August 1, 14Scars - The worst and hardest time in my life was when my grandfather passed away. That was a moment where I was truly brought to me knees. I was very close to my grandfather and it took me a long time to grasp the fact that he would no longer be in my life. I learned to deal with my sadness directly instead of sitting and let it get worse. I learned how to deal with a traumatic experience. It was a valuable thing to learn.
