My dad, at a really young age, decided to launch his very own business export and selling chemical products to major companies in the country. My dad has a very strong personality and he didn't like the idea of having a boss. I can state that I do not enjoy having a boss either, but the idea of controlling my time, days off, and income are far greater inspiration for me to start an organization of my own. I have worked for a major bank in the United states for long enough to realize that I would not at all be satisfied by being an employee and not fulfilling 100 percent of the potential that I believe is within me.
