The main key behind launching this service is non availability of safe & reasonable transport to pick from
doorstep for local user in gurgaon. People in Gurgaon face problems when travelling
by ordinary transport:1. Have to bargain on rates.
2.Faulty billing (without / tampered meter).
3.Unreliable drivers.4.Refusal of service.5.Safety concerns.
Need: A safe, reliable, hassle-free, easy-to-access and affordable transport service
for local gurgaon users.
BUSINESS MODEL
1. The company owns the vehicle & drivers has to pay daily subscription fees in lieu of the vehicle.
2. The driver has to follow the rules & regulation abide by the company.
3. The driver has to provide quality service to the clients.
4. The company awards the drivers performing best.
CURRENT SCALE
The company currently owns a fleet of 100 hi-tech tuk tuks
fitted with GPS, panic button,
mobile charger and auto fuel cut-off system.

The company plans to expand the business to other

We have launched Radio Tuk Tuk (Auto On Call) service in Gurgaon, Haryana, India
with the following features:1. Availability: Initially in one city with a
fleet of 100 vehicles and then to expand to other cities.
2.Convenience: Book through Website, SMS, Phone-call.
3.Price: Rate at par cheaper than ordinary taxi/auto rate.
4.Reliable Billing: Tamper-proof meters, point to point billing.
5.Safety & Security: Trained drivers, Safety devices, Panic Buttons, fuel cut & regular
monitoring from base station via GPS.6.Enhanced Customer Experience:
Delighting the customer.
