As the market demand for Coal and Iron Ore has increased over the past years and the future

demand still growing every year, which drives the price, increase every week. We set our goal to

enter the mining industries. Entering the mining industries will enable Subarashi World Trade to

supply our clients with our own products and we will be in the position, as a reliable supplier, to

STEAM COAL Our business today is based on personal direct relationships with the coal producers. Through our

enterprise in region, Subarashi World Trade (SWT) services are designed to facilitate and assure

smooth execution of short and long-term contracts for all parties. Onsite inspections of mining

operations, the sampling process and monitoring transportations systems are key components to

minimizing risk to the buyer. Providing the operator access to mining technology, equipment,

capital and market assists the operator with improved production and profitability.

In Indonesia, SWT has direct strategic relationships with twelve independent mining operators with

production capacity of approximately 50 million metric tons and two major suppliers with an equal

amount of production capacity. Currently SWT is exploring two joint venture strip mining coal

operations in Indonesia. We looks forward to assisting the additional current operators in

expanding capacity and to identify additional well-managed operators with significant coal reserves

as potential joint venture partners bringing capital and mining expertise to each of these mine

operations.

Our strength in the understanding of coal and the operations associated with the extraction

process. We provide a high degree of confidence to buyers from onsite inspections of mine

operations with a boots on understanding the extraction process. Our buyers value our ability to

maintain direct relationships with the mine, read a reserve maps, mine plans and inspect mine

operations with their needs in mine. SWT also now brings capital and mining expertise to joint

venture mining partners.

We act as a facilitator/mandate introducing REAL Buyers to REAL Suppliers. Initially we negotiate the terms and procedures with the Buyer to achieve an acceptable LOR, with every detail correct as required by the Supplier. We may have to ask you to make minor amendments to your initial LOR to reach this position. It should be noted that all LOR should be on Buyer’s letterhead and have complete details of the Buyer’s requirements including full banking coordinates and details of his Confirming Bank. This will include details of the product and specification required, total quantity and period of delivery, destination port, target price per metric ton and validity of the LOR in days after being issued. Once acceptable LOR are received, we will pass the deal over to a selected Supplier and/or Manufacturer who will then contract direct with you, the end Buyer.
