El año pasado desarrollamos nuestro primer proyecto juntos.

LCW puso su arte y Alfa sus máquinas. Como resultado dos

vestidos excepcionales. Este año, tras el éxito del proyecto

anterior, hemos decidido unir fuerzas de nuevo. Contactamos

con blogueras ‘top’ del mundo del DIY, la moda... y las

invitamos a una cita sorpresa. Tras una clase práctica con

los diseñadores de La Casita de Wendy, en la que explicaron

algunas técnicas empleadas en su taller, las blogueras

elaboraron un primer boceto de un bolso que luego LCW

remataría y remitiría a cada una.

Durante dos horas charlaron, rieron y pusieron en práctica lo

aprendido utilizando máquinas de coser Alfa y unos kits de

materiales y accesorios exclusivos (con accesorios Alfa, telas,

sellos, hilos...).

A los pocos días del evento las blogueras recibieron sus bolsos

ya terminados y se mostraron encantadas en sus blogs. Todo un

éxito que esperamos repetir.

DO IT YOURSELF REUNITES WENDY HOUSE AND ALFA IN A MASTERCLASS.

Alfa has for a while been promoting the concept “Do it yourself”. Its most

steadfast partner in this endeavour has been “La Casita de Wendy” (Wendy’s

House), a small fashion company, very much in vogue due to its exquisite

taste imbued onto clothing and its uniqueness.

Last year we conducted our first project together. LCW provided the art and

Alfa its sewing machines. As a result: two exceptional dresses. This year, after

the success of the previous project, we have decided to join forces once again.

We contacted the “top” bloggers in DIY, fashion world and invited them to a

surprise appointment. Following a hands on class with La Casita de Wendy

(“Wendy’s House) designers, where some techniques used in the workshop

were explained, the bloggers prepared a first design draft of a bag that LCW

would later finish off and forward to each participant.

The participants chatted for two hours, had fun and put into practice what they

had learnt from using Alfa sewing machines and some exclusive material and

accessory kits (with Alfa accessories, fabrics, stamps, threads…).

A few days after the event, the bloggers received their finished bags and were

delighted as expressed in their blogs. A success that we hope to repeat!

Envíos y portes

Todos los pedidos suministrados por ALFA HOGAR con importe superior a 375 € irán a portes pagados; aquellos pedidos cuyo importe

sea inferior a 375 €, tendrán un recargo de 8 € por pedido.

La mercancía suministrada por ALFA HOGAR, viaja por cuenta y riesgo del destinatario o comprador, caso de que se produzca algún

extravío, rotura o avería de alguno de los productos que figuren en nuestro albarán de envío, el comprador deberá exigir al transpor-

tista el reconocimiento de la mercancía y levantamiento de acta correspondiente en un plazo máximo de 24 horas, salvo que el daño

fuera evidente en el momento de su recepción, en cuyo caso, la reclamación deberá hacerse en el acto. Cualquier reclamación deberá

hacerse por escrito en un plazo no superior a las 48 horas siguientes a la recepción de la mercancía, de lo contrario consideraremos

el material conforme y no admitiremos reclamación alguna posterior. En todos los pedidos recibidos en ALFA HOGAR con concepto

“contra-reembolso” y con importe inferior a 100 € se procederá a cargar con 15 € por gastos de gestión.

Reclamaciones y devoluciones

ALFA HOGAR atenderá todas la reclamaciones justificadas y cualquier incidencia con relación al suministro de los Productos, siempre

que dicha reclamación sea notificada por escrito a ALFA HOGAR dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la entrega de los productos.

No obstante:

No se admitirá ninguna devolución sin nuestra previa autorización por escrito, que le asignará un número de referencia a incluir en

albarán y etiquetas de envío.

No se admitirá la devolución de ningún tipo de material transcurrido UN (1) mes de su fecha de compra.

En todas las devoluciones en las que no sea aplicable la garantía del producto, la mercancía se depreciará un 15% del valor neto

facturado, en concepto de participación en nuestros costos de revisión y acondicionamiento.

Los portes de las devoluciones correrán por cuenta del cliente. En caso de devolución por error en el envío; o por causas imputables

a ALFA HOGAR, se aceptarán portes debidos, por la agencia que les indiquemos previa conformidad. En las devoluciones se debe

hacer constar la referencia de compra (nº de albarán/factura de ALFA HOGAR) y la fecha de la misma. No se efectuarán abonos en

materiales que no estén en condiciones de venta o les falte caja, instrucciones, accesorios o embalaje original, o bien se encuentren

descatalogados en la tarifa vigente de ALFA HOGAR.

No se efectuarán abonos en materiales que no presenten la factura de compra.

Precios

Los precios indicados en las ofertas serán válidos durante el período indicado en las mismas. De no existir oferta previa, se aplicará el

precio que esté en vigor en la tarifa de ALFA HOGAR. ALFA HOGAR se reserva el derecho de variar los precios admitidos en el pedido

por cualquier causa no atribuible o fuera del control de ALFA HOGAR, como por ejemplo, de forma enunciativa pero no informativa,

el aumento de los costes de los Productos. Todos los precios de nuestros catálogos y tarifas se entienden franco fábrica en función

de las ofertas vigentes por escrito, y se añadirán por consiguiente a los mismos impuestos directos e indirectos que les sean de

aplicación, además de los gastos de embalaje y de transporte si los hubiese, salvo que explícitamente se determinen como incluidos.

Condiciones de pago

• El pago del precio de los Productos, salvo concesión de crédito, se hará al contado, será abonado en dinero efectivo o bien mediante

cheque bancario conformado, por anticipado o contra la entrega de la mercancía.

• La concesión de crédito, en cuanto a forma y límite se refiere, será negociada de mutuo acuerdo, y se harán efectivas en cualquiera

de las formas financieras vigentes y en el plazo o plazos convenidos para dicho crédito.

• En el supuesto de impago o devolución de cualquiera de las formas y plazos financieros convenidos en el crédito, serán a cargo del

comprador además de los gastos de devolución, establecidos en un recargo mínimo del 6% del valor nominal devuelto, los intereses

de demora así como los daños y perjuicios derivados del mismo.

• La falta de pago en los plazos convenidos dará lugar al devengo de intereses de demora sobre las cantidades adecuadas a razón

del 1% mensual, entre el vencimiento del pago no atendido y el pago del mismo.

• Por pronto pago se aplicará un 1,5% de descuento, siempre y cuando el importe total de la factura obre en nuestro poder dentro

de los 15 días a contar de la fecha de la misma.

• El impago a su vencimiento de cualquier efecto o recibo, conllevará la inmediata suspensión y servicios, además comportará que

las facturas pendientes sean inmediatamente pagaderas.

Propiedad de la mercancía

ALFA HOGAR se reserva el derecho de propiedad de la mercancía suministrada, hasta que el comprador no haya satisfecho total-

mente el importe de la misma, en cuyo caso se considerará en concepto de depósito y custodia. La mercancía podrá ser retirada por

incumplimiento de pago en el plazo previamente estipulado.

La propiedad jurídica de la mercancía es de ALFA HOGAR hasta el pago total de la misma.

Impuestos

Se aplicarán sobre el importe de la factura de acuerdo con la legislación vigente.

Cánones

Están incluidos en el precio de venta al público todo tipo de cánones e impuestos existentes de acuerdo a la legislación vigente

(RAEE, etc…).

Jurisdicción

Comprador y vendedor renunciarán a otro fuero y jurisdicción y se someten a los tribunales de Guipúzcoa y sus jerárquicos superiores,

en el supuesto de que cualquier cláusula o parte de las presentes Condiciones Generales de Venta fueran nulas, anulables, o de

imposible cumplimiento, dicha nulidad, anulabilidad o imposible cumplimiento de dicha cláusula o parte de la misma no afectará a

las demás, que continuarán vigentes

Conditions of sale

All sales and other operations between ALFA HOGAR and its clients are subject to these General Terms & Conditions of Sale. By making

an order for products supplied by ALFA HOGAR, the Buyer is considered to have read and accepted said Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Catalogue

All details, measurements, technical indications, photographs, prices, etc. provided in our Catalogues are for guidance purposes only.

We reserve the right to change them without prior notice.

Shipment and costs

All orders supplied by ALFA HOGAR priced €375 and over will be carriage paid; orders priced €375 and under will have a shipping

cost of €8 for every order.

The goods supplied by ALFA HOGAR are shipped at the risk of the addressee or buyer. In the event of loss, breakage or damage to any

of the products listed on our delivery note, the buyer shall demand that the transport company examines the goods and draws up the

corresponding statement within no more than 24 hours, unless the damage is obvious at the time of receiving the goods, in which case

the claim must bemade immediately. All claims must be made in writing no later than 48 hours after receiving the goods. In the event

of failure to do so, we will consider that the material has been correctly received and will accept no further claims. All orders received

by ALFA HOGAR for less than €100 and indicating “cash-on-delivery” will be charged an additional €15 for administration costs.

Claims and refunds

ALFA HOGAR will respond to all justified claims and to all incidents related to the supply of its products, provided that said claim is

notified in writing to ALFA HOGAR within 7 days from the moment its products are delivered.

Nevertheless:

No returned materials will be accepted without prior written authorisation from ALFA HOGAR, which will assign a reference number for

indication on the delivery note and labels if authorised.

Under no circumstances will returned material be accepted from ONE (1) month after its date of purchase.

For returns of materials which do not have a product guarantee, 15% will be deducted from the amount refunded to cover the cost

of revising and processing the goods.

The cost of returning the goods will be paid by the client. In the event of returns due to wrong shipments, or to causes attributable

to ALFA HOGAR, the cost of carriage will be covered by the latter and the goods will be returned by the transport company indicated,

once the process has been authorised. All returns must indicate the purchase reference (no. of the delivery note/invoice issued by

ALFA HOGAR) and date. No refunds will be made for materials that are not in saleable condition, or which are returned without their

original box, instructions, accessories or packaging; the same applies to products discontinued at the same rate by ALFA HOGAR.

No refunds will be made for materials without a receipt.

Prices

The prices indicated in offers will be valid for the period stipulated. If no prior offer is made, the goods will be charged at the current

price applied by ALFA HOGAR. ALFA HOGAR reserves the right to change the prices accepted in the offer for any reason not attributable

to or beyond the control of ALFA HOGAR, such as, for example, an increase in product costs. All of the prices in our catalogues and

price lists are understood as ex-factory; applicable direct and indirect taxes, and packaging and transport costs where applicable will

be therefore added to these prices, unless explicitly stipulated as already included in a specific offer.

Conditions of payment

• Payment of the product cost, unless a credit line is granted, shall be made immediately either in cash or by certified bank check, in

advance or on receipt of the goods.

• The form and limit of credit, when granted, will be negotiated by mutual agreement and will be paid by means of any existing financial

method in order to meet the deadline or instalments agreed upon for this purpose.

• In the event of non-payment or return of payment notes for any of the financial methods and deadlines agreed upon for the credit

payment, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return, and will pay an additional 6% on the amount returned, in addition to all

interests and damage arising from the delay.

• Failure to pay within the agreed deadlines will give rise to an additional monthly 1% on amounts due for the period falling between

the maturity date and the date of payment.

• A discount of 1.5% will be applied for prompt payment provided that the total amount of the invoice has been paid and received by

us within 15 days from its date of issue.

• Non-payment of any bills or receipts upon their maturity will imply immediate suspension of goods and services provided, and all

pending invoices will become immediately payable.

Goods ownership

ALFA HOGAR reserves the right to ownership of the good supplied until such time as the buyer completely satisfies its payment in

full; until such time, the good will be considered as being in deposit and safekeeping. The goods can be reclaimed for non-payment

within the previously stipulated deadline.

The goods legally belong to ALFA HOGAR until paid for in full.

Taxes

Will be applied to the invoice according to existing law.

Levies

The recommended retail price includes all taxes and levies existing under current law (WEEE, etc.).

Jurisdiction

The buyer and seller renounce all other legal systems and accept the decisions of the courts of law of Gipuzkoa and their superior

bodies in the event that any clause or part of these Terms & Conditions of Sale were declared null and void, voidable, or impossible

to fulfil. Said nullity, voidability or impossibility to fulfil the clause in question in full or part will have no effect on the other clauses,

which will remain in force.
