The company was founded in 1966 by the couple Mrs. Francisca Bonet and Mr. Miguel Codolá, with the “Pension Paguera”. Even today the couple still helps with the directing of the company. VALENTIN HOTELS maintains its family business characteristic as the second generation within the family is now in charge of the direction and controls the process of expansion. Since 1966 VALENTIN HOTELS has made strong investments into the improvement of the existing properties and into the acquisition and construction of new resorts. They bought five new resorts, four of them outside of Majorca. All of this with the purpose of continuously improving the quality of their services and offering a wide variety of holiday destinations. SITUATION Near the year 2000 the directors from VALENTIN HOTELS decided to change their computer system (Tec-soft), which was used up till then, as they considered it to be insufficient for the global management of the company. SOLUTION Thanks to NAVIHOTEL, VALENTIN HOTELS has managed to achieve a complete integration of the different modules, plus agility within their decision making process. One of the main advantages was to present information in a fast and easy way in comparison to how they had been working before using NAVIHOTEL as their management software.
