CASE STUDY: Cordial Hotels & Resorts
Cordial Hotels chooses NAVIHOTEL as the suitable hotel management software.
Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts is a young hotel chain which
began its journey in 2004 relying on the experience and expertise
of a team of professionals that has over 30 years in the hospitality
business, managing known and appreciated bungalow resorts;
Cordial Biarritz, Cordial Green Golf and Cordial Sandy Golf. With
these three properties, commercialized since 2003 under the brand
Amigos HBA, Cordial Canarias has more than 1000 beds spread out
between Playa del Ingles and Campo Golf de Maspalomas. These
properties were renewed in 2006 in order to adjust them to the
high standards of quality, comfort and design of the Cordial
Canarias Hotels & Resorts group.
In December 2004, Cordial Canarias added to the group the
magnificent hotel Cordia Mogan Playa, in the beautifull Puerto de
mogan. A hotel with 487 rooms categorized as four stars plus, that
ever since the opening has earned the admiration of both clients
and industry professionals
SITUATION
Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts started its activity in January
2004 with three properties which were not integrated in any way,
in a technologic sense, they worked with different applications.
They, therefore, required an integrated computer system which
offered a complete solution for the daily management at the
hotels.
SOLUTION NAVIHOTEL, as expected, allowed Cordial Hotels & Resorts to be
managed as a chain at a computer system level, with a central
office where billing, occupation and purchases could be centralized
without having to treat them individually.
Sistemas de gestion, as partner of Microsoft Dynamics Navision,
offered the best product for hotel management that was in the
market. Therefore, together with the proved experience of
Sistemas de Gestion, Cordial made the correct decision by going
with NAVIHOTEL.

Thanks to the implementation of NAVIHOTEL specific problems
with the integration of data have been solved, receiving now a
more liable and accessible information.
