2. HR Transformation Within Capgemini, the HR Transformation practice is the contact point for all issues in the field of Human Resources Management (HRM). We help clients who see a role for HR in achieving their organizational objectives. By organizing HR effectively and by implementing HRM activities we assist on a strategic, tactical and operational level. We help by providing guidance or support for the transformation and by transforming the HR pillar into a change manager and a strategic adviser. Especially the implementation of more complex processes gives rise to an HR engagement manager who in projects guides the change or to a temporary HR manager who manages an HR department within the organization of a client. Our HR engagement and interim managers have in-depth knowledge in the area of HR ERP-implementations, HR- operations management and change management. They have disposal of management skills as well as experience in operational management and implementation of changes. And they always work from the HR- and the business perspective. HR Processes and Change management The HRM Processes & Change management cluster concentrates on leveraging the added value of the HRM function within organizations, on the one hand by ensuring that the HRM processes run more effectively and more efficiently, and on the other hand by restructuring the HRM organization. Organizational Design & HR Policy This cluster concentrates on supporting the customer by matters concerning the design and development of the (HR) organization and HR instruments.
