Limited metric, reporting and recruitment tracking capability
Vendor Management
Lack of compliance to supplier panel and agreed fees

Building a Partnership
- Burning platform was more than cost … key messages around quality of outcomes, repeatable experience, consistency in brand representation, seamless and hassle free were all critical
- Contract is not the first point of call
- Integrating the team is essential to success – part of the P&C team & located together
- Partnership is 2 way – listening to the customer and willingness to learn and flex the model for joint success

- AGL part of the selection process
- Values alignment: customer, delivery, one team

Building credibility & trust
- Taking time to manage the change from a people focus and understanding your stakeholder network … one size does not fit all
- Listen and act on the feedback – forums established and governance structures in place
- Promote the successes formally through reporting and Business Case ROI … and always be authentic about mistakes
- And most importantly...
