O We were a country of scientists, craftsman and traders way back
O We were invaded because of the prosperity
O Mangols, Mughals, Brits all looted this nation.
O Our ancestors were taken (exported) to all parts of the world to work (as laborers)

O Post independence we were conservative (because of our fears)
O Post liberalization we are fearless (because of our knowledge)
O Now the world fears us.O Kuch Baat hai Ki Hasti Mitati
Nahin hamari. (our ability to learn and adapt is outstanding)
Where it is nowO We are now a more than a
trillion Dollar economy.O Indians are at the heart of
most of the multinational companies.
O We are among the biggest markets in the world
O We are largely a self sufficient economy.
What’s in store for future
O We are expected to be among the top three economies of the world by 2020
O We might have plenty of multinationals by 2020 (Tata, Mahindra, Airtel, Biocon etc. are already there)
O Indians might be in the board of top companies of the world.
O We might have even an Indian President in US

O We are a market of over a billion people
O NRIs in all parts of the worldO Thanks to Brits we speak and write
better English than most of the western world.

O You are born in the best times of the history of this great nation.
O You have a sea of opportunities (domestic and overseas)
O You have access to quality educationO You have world class medical facilitiesO You have internet (opens the world for you)O Imagine life in India before 25 years (you
would have not liked it)
