Sarrah Firth

It is with regret that we farewell Sarrah Firth from Customer Service in September. Sarrah has been with Alcoa for 5 years, and has taken on roles as Customer Service Rep and Team Leader. We wish Sarrah well as she embarks on the wonderful road of parenthood with her husband Glen.

Katie comes to Alcoa with 6 years experience in Customer Service & Logistics (Domestic & Export) within the Mining sector. With strong applicants applying for the role, Katie stood out with her skill set structured on client relation-ships, business management and change management to continue Customer Service’s strategy to be considered “Best Practice” within the AFS Group.

Hui Ling Cheh

Hui Ling is coming into the Export role from Compliance Administra-tor within Alcoa Fastening Systems. Hui Ling will be looking after Inter-company Sales, and some of our key clients in the South East and North West Asia region.
