Define your program goal.

Define top 3 focus areas to deliver result.

Break down these focus areas into several deliverable projects with clear goals, KPIs and timeline.

• Decide who will carry out these projects: You (MCVP), your manager (if any), LCVP, or NST.• If you have more than 2 deliverable projects to cover your focus areas, delegate them to managers/ LCVPs/ NSTs.• Get feedback from MCVP OD/TM for the structure.

• Decide how many NST positions to open for your commission.• If NST is for a synergy project, only 01 NST might be needed for both commissions.• Talk to MCVPTM & prepare to recruit them.
