Hi everyone.My name is Setanta and I come

from Ireland.

Yesterday I spent the day with my friend Jonathan. Jonathan is 12 years old and is in 6th class in St.Patrick's boys school in

Tuam, Ireland.Here he is, having his breakfast.

This is the front of the school. The school is about 1.5km from Jonathans house. It is situated on a busy road in

the town.

Here we are at school. The students are doing an exercise in Irish.

The students all wear a uniform. They have a grey shirt and trousers and a

maroon jumper.

At 11 o'clock we all went outside to the yard for a short break.

After break we had an art lesson. In this picture some students are making cards.

The 6th class boys are enjoying their art class.

Lunches are eaten in the classroom and then the boys go to the yard to play. Jonathan is playing soccer with his

friends. Can you see me in the picture?.

Some of the students let me join in.

Some boys work in small groups. My two friends are learning English.School

finishes at 2.40p.m.

After school Jonathan did his homework.

Here I am helping Jonathan with his jobs. He is getting turf (fuel) for his granny's

fire.

Jonathan is very good at swimming and he trains every day. Here he is with his

friend. I didn't want to wet so I didn't get in.

Later we went to hurling practice .This is me watching Kyle, Jamie and

Jonathan.Hurling is an Irish game.

After all that activity , it wasn't long before I fell asleep.ZZZZZZZZZZ
