IMPROVED COLLABORATION!

! Goede teams zijn onmisbaar voor het succes van welk bedrijf dan ook. Zij vormen de kern van het productontwikkelproces. Het is daarom interessant om te onderzoeken wat de invoering van een Agile werkwijze brengt binnen teams.!

! !! De invoer van Agile heeft binnen de teams impact op zowel

communicatie, vakmanschap als cultuur. Het belangrijkste effect is dat teamleden beter met elkaar communiceren (71%). Hierdoor ontstaat meer inzicht in voortgang, blokkades en resultaten (55%) en leren teamleden meer van elkaar (54%). Het leidt ook tot een grotere betrokkenheid (52%) en gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid (48%) binnen de teams en betere communicatie met stakeholders (49%).!

! !! Bijna drie kwart (73%) van de respondenten zegt dat teams

binnen hun organisatie beter werken als collectief na de invoer van Agile.!
