The first 3 services are offered as Free Services. Then later all the services customer requires are considered under the Paid Services.

Here we are going to explain in detail about the Free Services offered by the company.

The Free Services offered are,

1. First Free Service.

2. Second Free Service. &

3. Third Free Service.

Service Details :

The Service time provided for this service is 1200-1500 kms/ Two months. This service consists of 80 points checkup. Main of which are mentioned below and all checkups are carried out in full details: Headlight checkup, Tail light checkup, Power window checkup, Door-Lock checkup,Stereo-System checkup, AC-Heater checkup, Engine Oil checkup, Coolant checkup, Wiper Washer fluid checkup, Map light checkup, Braking System checkup, All Electrical System checkup, Underbody checkup, Greasing.

All these checkups are performed by well learned technicians to provide the best of the services.

FIRST FREE SERVICE :-

The Second Free Service is provided from 9000-10,000 kms / One year.This service also consists of 80 point checkups. All required things are also taken good care of. All the above mentioned 80 points are again checked by a well acknowledged technician.Apart from those 80 point checkups, the major things required are done properly, such as-1. Changing Engine Oil.2. Changing Engine Oil Filter.3. Changing Air Filter.4. Refilling the Wiper Washer Fluid.

The Approx. cost of the Second Free Service is Rs. 2000-2200. depending on the service requirements.

SECOND FREE SERVICE :-

The third free service again covers all the above mentioned 80 points. But the list of the service requirement increases as the vehicle has now run more kilometers.The Third Free Service is done between 19,000-20,000 kms / two years. Again the service is done by a well acknowledged technician. And the major things to be taken care of are mentioned under:

1. Changing Engine Oil.2. Changing Engine Oil Filter.3. Changing Air Filter.4. Changing Fuel Filter.5. Refilling the Wiper Washer Fluid.6. Filling Engine Coolant Water if required.Thee approx. Cost of this service is Rs 4200-4500. again depending on the service requirements.

THIRD FREE SERVICE :-

The paid services are referred as the services customer requires after the first three(3) free services. In paid services unlike the free services the labour charge is counted, where-as in free services the labour charge is not counted. In paid services the customer can get all sort of services he requires, he/she can also report the complaints.

In paid services the basic things are counted first such as Checking of engine , coolant, windshield washer brake oil etc. And the items are added in the job card. Then the vehicle is completely observed by a well trained technician, he then prepares a list of faults in the vehicle. What all things are needed to be done (repaired/replaced) are then noted down on the job card and then its given to the store person to prepare an estimate. The estimated cost is then informed to the customer, and then the decision is on the customer to choose what all works he/she wants to be done.

PAID SERVICES :-

Then after that the jobs needed to be done are told to the technician and then the work is started.

• Help To Change Clutch :-

This Clutch is i20 Clutch Pedal is very Hard costumer's Complain So we Chang the clutch.

When we open the clutch pressure plate Have no friction martial and Clutch is burn .

Car is ruined 60,000 km.

So we change the clutch

Help Disassemble i10’s engine head.

•We open the engine head we show on piston Having Coolant .•We thoat why it made we see gasket .•Gasket is burned . •Head is Unbalance.

•Help to change timing chain.

• The car is ruined 1,00,000.

•So we Change the timing chain.

• DO Drum Brake service.

•Change drum liner and wheel cylinder.

•Customer complain ishandbrake not working.

•Because customer rued car In hand brake so liner brooked.

• Help to change steering pump barring .

• Help To change V Belt.

• The V Belt Is Cut By Steering Pump PumpPulley is unbalance .

•The HLA is not on inlet valve.•So miscombustion in 3rd cylinder.

• problem is that actuator of rightside is not working.

• Help to change cooling coil.

• Normally cooling coil is chock up either linkage.

• Help to open dashboard and also clean and linkage testing of cooling coil.• In cooling coil linkage test we have do two methods 1) water 2) gas(N2)
