My father was in the car business his entire career, so for me, buying a car in the past was a piece of cake. Basically,
he handled the entire deal for me. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle without his assistance and I

"Car Sales With Integrity and Class"
This was my 4th car purchase, and none of the previous 3 (other brands and dealerships) came close in terms of
quality of experience. Murray gave me pressure-free sales, honesty, good advice, integrity and overall exceptional
standard of service. Jeff VonFeldt, Sales Consultant, was not only very personable, intelligent, helpful and courteous,
he was also really funny and made my BMW buying experience the friendliest and most humorous interaction I've
ever had in a car dealership. I wanted a 328xi spec'ed out exactly to my taste, and he made it happen, all the way from
Germany (not off anyone's lot). I was kept up to date on the build and delivery progress of my car as it came across
the water, and got a super demo on arrival day. No 'additional options' pressure, they just let me know what was
available and let me ask questions and make my own choice. Chris, the Finance Manager, was extremely
professional. I never felt like just one of many buyers like at an enormous dealership - I received great personal
service and attention throughout. I am loving my new car, but a lot of that love comes from a wonderful overall
experience. This is exactly the experience I want when I make a major purchase. Big kudos to Jeff, Chris, and Murray
BMW. I'll be back for more.

"Best Car Buying Experience Ever."
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Usually I will only negotiate a car purchase by phone and
then go in to sign for it because I don't want to be part of the process of dragging out the sale to wear the buyer down,
taking up my valuable time. The process here was great from start to finish. I was given a significant amount of
information upfront, all of my questions were answered, and I was not subjected to any high pressure sales tactics. I
felt that there was enough confidence in the car that there was no need to try to pressure people into buying it. Also, I
was provided a lot of information about the other cars that I was considering. And finally, it is not lost on me that as a
woman, sometimes I may not be treated the same as a man purchasing a car. At your dealership I felt that I was
treated the same as any other purchaser. Derek explained technical information about the car that was useful to me. I
actually had a sales person at another dealership (not a BMW dealership) ask repeatedly if my husband was going to
do a test drive as well, even though I was the one buying the car. When I told him no, he commended me for buying a
car all on my own without my husband's help. I know he meant well, but that is very condescending. There was
nothing like that at your dealership.

"Well Done Murray Motors!!"
The lease on my wife's Cadillac STS was coming due this summer and as per my usual lease renewal expedition I
started looking for the perfect car for Anna as there is a romance to the whole process that I always love?..the quest
to find her the perfect, perfect car.
This is our fifteenth Cadillac so she was thinking she would get another STS (although these are not going to be
manufactured after 2012), a SRX (which I now have one), or some other awaiting treasure! We had bought Anna a
Mercedes at Murray Motors almost thirty years ago to bring home our son from the hospital?..he has now grown up
and is an avid BMW owner. To shorten this wonderful adventure, I therefore stopped in to look at the X3 and the
300 series BMWs at Murray Motors (we live in Colorado Springs). I then met George Dunn who was a wonderful
sales person in that he was very professional and yet understood I was narrowing down the options?.he priced a 300
series sedan for me.
This Thursday I took Anna up to the Denver Auto Show to look at and sit in every car she had any interest in?..and
we ran into George once again at the BMW display. Anna immediately liked his wonderfully genuine personality and
professional attention to her romance of leasing a new car. He showed us the new 500 series model and mentioned
that the current models were being discounted. Anna is very adamant about setting a budget and not going over it
and so George's non-pushy demeanor really caught her attention.
Today I took her up to Murray Motors and once again we both thoroughly enjoyed working with George who showed
us X3s, X5s, 300 series, and a 528xi in Barerra Red that you had in the showroom?..it was love at first sight for Anna
but she had set a price limit and was sure this was out of that limit. George let us drive a 528xi and Anna was even
more in love with driving the car. And once again George made the whole process a delight??even coming to a very
fair price that we could live with. He is patient and has a very warm and approachable personality and is very
professional. The price allowed us to buy out the remaining three months of our lease with Cadillac and still be
within budget?..this really made my wife thrilled.
When we called back in to talk to George after grabbing some lunch, Anna was even more delighted at your spoken
ad regarding Murray Motors while we were on hold. It spoke of how there was a no-pressure, no-games approach
at Murray Motors??she said, "That indeed was George!" Not all sales staff always understand the fun it is for us to
buy the right car and often are more concerned with a sales than hearing how important the process is to us.
What a fine representative George is to the Murray Motors mission statement! He lives what your ad says! After
many years of mostly Cadillacs this just may be the start of a new love affair with BMWs. I wanted to thank you for
creating an atmosphere of professionalism yet fun at Murray Motors. We would both highly recommend your

About a month or two ago, I visited with Garry to say hello and alert him of my new position, and then went to meet
with Lloyd Giffen to look at BMW's. As I was nearing the end of my lease, I nearly purchased a BMW but decided to

the cars features, offered me a truthful description to meet my needs as well as driving the car. Due to this, and my
long relationship with trusting your team, I decided to get the car from you. The process working with Nick as well as
Billy Long made me realize how important it is to trust your first instinct. Everything went smooth and easy, and I felt
Murray Motors offered me a great deal on my trade and getting into the brand I always dreamed. As there are many
options to choose from, I wanted you to know that my experience was awesome. In fact, I have just referred a good

Megan our service advisor is great! She is always very professional, friendly, attentive, and the prices she provides
to us for service are very competitive. I told her that there is no need to go to an independent shop! The pricing is now
right in line with the competition and that makes me feel very good as I would rather have my car serviced at Murray
where I know the mechanics are factory trained, and they always use Mercedes parts vs. independent shops that
might try to use something of lesser quality, and may not always have the knowledge (or tools) to correctly preform
the work needed. Also, Bob Magee in parts is awesome! He is always so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! We
really enjoy speaking with him and giving him our business (you really have a gem in Bob & Megan!)

"Efficient and Professional"
After 60 years of time spent at dealerships around the country buying new cars, this purchase of our E550 Cabriolet
was one of the most pleasant and done with the least loss of time. My initial email was answered by Nick Tata
(Internet & Fleet Manager) who offered to try to locate a vehicle equipped as we wished. In a few hours Nick found
one in mid-ocean headed to an east coast dealership which he offered to try to arrange to swap for one on the way to
Denver. This trade was accomplished the next day without commitment on our part. Two days later we drove from
the Vail valley to Denver and spent two hours with Nick in an extensive test drive of a similar model. Almost daily
email the next few days kept us updated on the arrival for the car at port and its release for the drive across country.
The car, equipped exactly as we were told, was delivered to us in Denver three days before expected. Four hours of
particularly detailed instruction covered all systems on the car and Nick's offer to answer further questions by email
or phone was never needed. A great car from a fine dealership. Thanks for all your help.

Excellent Experience with Jeff VonFeldt??. We have bought 4 BMW's in the past from different dealerships and
purchasing at Murray for our 5th was the best experience out of all of them. We worked with Jeff VonFeldt, who was
extremely patient with our trade-in and financing questions and scenarios we threw at him. He is extremely
knowledgeable about the entire product line and a joy to work with. We will be going to Murray for our service now
and back to Jeff when it comes time for another purchase. I highly recommend him.

This is our first BMW and we are thrilled with the vehicle. It is of course a first class car. Your company and the
service we've received thus far have been first class. As you know, an agency selling first class vehicles does not
necessarily guarantee that the agency is first class. Murray Motors has been totally first class. Our salesperson,
Jeremey Scott, has been most attentive and helped us greatly in our purchase. He did not disappear after the sale, but
checked on us to make sure all was well. Your sales manager Joe Reiner was also very pleasant to deal with and also
followed up after the sale. Our encounters with your finance manager Jared and your service department were also
the best. We will be pleased to recommend your agency to others when the occasion arises and look forward to a
continuing wonderful relationship.

Hello, I had a flat tire on Wednesday in my 07 X3, I contacted BMW Assist and one of the tech from Murray came to
put my spare tire on. I did not buy my X3 from Murray, and I did receive TERRIBLE service with the dealer that I did
buy from. The gentleman that came to help me on Wednesday was wonderful, (I wish I remembered his name...Brad
or Brian maybe) he was quick and very helpful. He wrote down the exact tire that I have since it needed to be
replaced. Explained to me that Murray probably didn't have the tire in stock but could order it and have it in a couple
of days. I feel that good feedback is always nice to hear, and I wanted to express my many thanks to the man that
came and helped me out, and to the dealership that employees him. From this day forward I will be bringing my X3 to
Murray instead of the competitors for all of my servicing needs.

The service department at Murray Mercedes-Benz is excellent. Their service manager Tom Perry goes beyond the
call of duty to make sure your completely satisfied. He truly exceeds your expectations. The service department is very
clean and everyone is really friendly. Bryan Cox,one of their service advisers, spent a lot of time with me answering
my many questions, and explained everything so it all made complete sense. The service you and your vehicle receive
at Murray's is definitely a good value for what you pay.

Dan Weber has been my principal service advisor for many years and for several different vehicles. I have the
greatest confidence in Dan's counsel and advice. Dan is quick to understand symptoms I describe and make
suggestions as to possible service requirements. He is very efficient in handling the entire service process from
initiating the appointment to final settlement and pick up. He keeps me informed as to progress, and fully explains
service suggestions, and costs, as they arise. It is always a pleasure to work with Dan.
To sum up, I answered every question with a "10." My service experience, as usual, was outstanding. I have
purchased 5 vehicles from Murray Motors, dating back to 1977. I have always had all service on the vehicles done
at Murray, and have never had any dissatisfaction.
My service experience with Megan Allen was great! Megan demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the service
requirements of my vehicle, clearly explained the needed service, and kept me informed of progress. I usually deal
with Dan Weber, but I really enjoyed the opportunity to work with Megan.
Jason Reed has serviced my 2 present vehicles, and predecessors, for many years. I have a great deal of confidence
in Jason. I feel that he is very competent, and interested in providing the best service possible. He also does a great
job of keeping me informed about the mechanical status of my vehicles, explaining the services performed, and
discussing potential future service needs.
