Select Tilt Shift from the Tools menu

Drag the arrows at the top and bottom of the screen to adjust the

border of the blur effect. 

With a two-finger pinch narrow the range of the

blur effect.

Place the effect on your image dragging the

circular cursor

Adjust the intensity of the blur using the slider

at the bottom of the screen

Confirm by tapping on the checkmark
