Terms and conditions1. All provisional bookings must be confirmed

within 14 days of booking, a deposit is payable as confirmation.• Christmas carvery lunches require a deposit of £5

per person.• Christmas party nights, Boxing Day lunch and

New Years day lunch require a deposit of £10 per person.

• Christmas day lunch requires a deposit of £20 per person.

• Residential packages require a deposit of £50 per person.

• If the deposit is not received within 14 days, the booking will be automatically released.

2. We regret that deposits are non-refundable. Should your party decrease in numbers, all payments made (including deposits) cannot be offered against any other services.

3. Final payment is due 28 days before the event. All payments received are non-refundable.

4. The hotel shall not be liable for any delay or failure in providing its services as a result of any cause beyond its control such as fire, flood, force majeure, industrial action, adverse weather conditions or similar.

5. If the hotel has to amalgamate events to ensure

appropriate numbers, we reserve the right to do so and guests will not be offered a refund, if the ticket price is of the same value or more. The hotel also has the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. The cost of any additional services, charged by pre-payment, must be paid for prior to departure from the hotel - this includes wine pre-orders.

7. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.

8. For all bookings taken after 1st December 2014, full payment is required at the time of booking.
