• If your child is on the floor then the best way to get eye contact with the camera is to get on the floor with them. Features can be distorted when you shoot from either below or above a child, eye level will give an more accurate representation of your child.

2. Give them something to do• Catching them while they are playing or not paying attention to will

give you great shots of your child, being themselves. These are great for getting hidden smiles and having them engaged while you are able to document what they are doing

3. Be sneaky.

• One of the best ways to get great pictures is to catch your kid off guard. I tend to grab my camera and then just pop up where they are.
