Modify the “Training Requirements Matrix” with the potential training solution information Source a training solution according to required criteria. Add to “Training Solutions Listing” Training Specialist consults with the person with the training need on the suitability of potential training solutions to their requirement Training Specialist enters the chosen training solution into the “Training Requirements Matrix” along with costs and quarter required Training Specialist reviews the “Training Requirements Matrix” at the completion of each month for changes etc. Finish.
