What is Hillary Clintons background ?

Hillary Diana Rodham, the first child of Dorothy and Hugh Rodham, was born in October 26, 1947. Later followed her two younger brothers, Hugh and Tony. Hillary’s childhood in Park Ridge, Illinois, was happy and very disciplined. Hillary’s parents inspired her to study hard and set her objectives high. Her childhood dream was to become an astronaut. She was rejected, because no women could apply. During her school years Hillary was known for her willingness to work hard. While most girls talked about boys and makeup, Hillary was already "political" even at the stage when it was not considered cool. In 1969 Hillary became one of 27 women at Yale among 235 law students. After graduation Hillary worked for the Children’s Defense Fund in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and joined the impeachment inquiry staff advising the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives. Later she moved to Arkansas to follow her heart, where Bill Clinton had begun his political career. They got married on October, 11, 1975.

How did her background affect her leadership ?

As a young woman, Hillary was active in young Republican groups and campaigned for Republican presidential nominee Barry Goldwater in 1964. She was inspired to work in some form of public service after hearing a speech in Chicago by the Reverend Martin Luther King, and became a Democrat in 1968. She attended Wellesley College , where she was active in student politics and was elected senior class president before graduating in 1969.

Why is she considered a leader ?

Clinton is a strong, outspoken leader with sharp intelligence, political sensibilities, hard worker , and persistent in pursuing her agenda.Clinton considers herself as an aggressive fighter, and openly savors the tough thrust and a weapon of political campaigning. In private, she's reputed to be much warmer and friendlier than her public persona would suggest. She commands the respect and loyalty of many who have known her for decades. She's widely known as a practical "policy wonk" who enjoys engagement in the fine details of proposals and plans, rather than as a big-picture visionary.

What separates her from other leaders ?

Clinton worked hard and presented a good image abroad. She traveled nearly one million miles on 401 travel days to 112 countries. By itself, this merely means she was a great goodwill ambassador . She is very charismatic by gathering followers through her personality and charm ,a trans actual leader from her well-established and formal discipline program in place , transformational by leading through inspiration and is a servant to people she leads. With all of these traits to be a great and different leader .

Who follows her ?Hillary Clinton’s entire political career, even before she officially became a politician has been built on the sympathy of others who in turn rally behind her . With that the people that do follow her sometimes doubt it from the media whenever she puts on a fake act in public. Causing her to have many older women followers and few younger women following with most men following Obama .

What are some positive traits that helped her gain others ?

Clinton has inspired more than a few important lessons about life, the world we live in, and the promise of open possibilities. It is also amazing how many roles Hillary takes on and juggles them so well: from high-flying lawyer, First Lady to the Senator, First Lady to the President, best-selling author, public activist for children and women rights, State Senator, international diplomat, advocate for health insurance coverage and public health awareness; not to mention, mother, wife, daughter and sister.

What are some negative traits that caused her to attract others ?

When she lost the Presidential campaign in 2008 to Obama, not only did this woman accept defeat, but she gave a passionate speech supporting Obama at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. This, of course, led to her serving as US State of Secretary under his administration. This offer was not so much because she needed him, but rather, Obama (made it very clear) needed her on his team. And over the years, she has managed to turn many of her adversaries into her strongest supporters. Through grace.

How long was she a leader for ?

Hillary Clinton has reportedly decided to end her 17-month bid for the presidency on Saturday. Clinton made her departure official in a letter to President Obama on Friday. Her stepping down from her perch as the nation’s top diplomat will mark the first time in more than 20 years that a Clinton has not held federal office. Sen. John Kerry , Obama’s choice to succeed Clinton, was sworn in at 4 p.m. Friday.

What caused her to lose power ?

Hillary's views and beliefs on abortion are very vague. She doesn't seem to know where she stands on that issue. One day she's for it, the next day, she's against it. If she doesn't know how she feels about such a serious issue, how will she decide what's right for our country? She doesn't seem as confident about running our country as she should be. I believe that her intelligence is overrated. She seems to laugh excessively to ward off questions that make her feel uncomfortable. There is mayny numerous causes for her going from early front-runner to this final withdrawal: Her Iraq vote, her campaign's air of inevitability, ignoring the caucus states, sexism, she just ran into a superior candidate...the list goes on.
