Difficulties/LimitationsDifficulties/Limitations

The complicated calculation of force needed to lift the toilet seat up.

Length of bars used and position of the pivot have to be accurately accounted for as all of them are inter-related.

Solenoid draws all the current resulting in killing the sensor. Thus, a need to insert a relay which may complicate the circuit.
